You are not imagining this.

Women's health has never been a research priority, which is why even the people trained to catch it often can't. I engineer endocrine tissue for a living and still didn't have the answers when it was happening to my own body. My doctors didn't either. So I did the research when I went through it myself, and now I want to share it so you don't have to start from zero.

I’m Evangelia. I have a PhD in biomedical engineering and I’ve spent my career engineering endocrine tissue. Yet, when my own body started changing, I realized how little data-driven information is actually available to us. I built Metis to close the gap between clinical research and our lived experience.

Your biology is changing

What’s happening in your body isn’t all in your head. It’s a transition that requires a new kind of literacy. We help you map the endocrine shifts so you can navigate the change with data instead of doubt.

Metis Workbook Cover

Workbook teaser

The first thing I started building is a workbook. It isn’t a list of lifestyle hacks or a generic wellness journal. It’s an interactive researched guide designed for the body in reorganization. It helps you turn physiological data into a clear narrative of your experience. A guide for what's actually happening in your body, with the science laid out accessibly, room to track your own patterns, and yes, a section for the rage, because the rage is real and it deserves its own space.

Early access to the Metis workbook

Everything you need to make sense of what's happening in your body. The actual science, the validation you're missing, so you can walk into appointments already informed and confident. Oh and a section built entirely for the rage.
