Not a wellness brand. A body of wisdom and knowledge.

The Foundation
Metis. Wisdom. With her.
Kairos. At the right time.
As a child, I went to Greek school and we'd read myths of Zeus and all the other gods and goddesses on Mount Olympus. Someone who we never learned about was Metis. Metis was the Greek goddess of wisdom and practical counsel. She was married to Zeus and when he understood she may be more powerful than him, he ate her. She lived on invisible in him, helping him navigate the challenges he encountered. Much like women today she was doing the hard work but not seen for it. In modern Greek, Metis (με τις) also translates loosely to "with her." Those together give the whole idea behind this brand: wisdom, with her.

Kairos is the other half. In Greek, it means the right moment, the opportune time, as opposed to time that just passes. Perimenopause has a way of arriving exactly when you have the least bandwidth to deal with it. Kairos is the promise that the information, the validation, and the community are here now, when you actually need them, not buried in a textbook, and not gatekept.
Metis gives you:
tools to understand what’s happening – the workbook
community to navigate it together – events
science to build a workplace that works – workplace support

The science, briefly, so you build the literacy you need.
Everything here is built on real science and clinical studies. This isn't wellness-speak. It's the type of science I study using my PhD, translated so it's actually useful to you.

We bridge the gap between complex clinical research and lived experience. Our health is not just a collection of symptoms to be managed, but a complex system of biological communication that deserves a sophisticated, data-driven explanation. We believe that women's health literacy is the first step toward agency.
