If you've ever thought,

'Something is wrong, but everyone keeps telling me I'm fine'

You're in the right place.

You might be here because...

You don't recognize your own body anymore.
You're exhausted, but can't sleep.
You keep forgetting words, appointments, or why you walked into a room.
Your anxiety, rage, or sadness suddenly feels unfamiliar.
Your weight changed even though your habits didn't.
You've been told it's stress, burnout, or 'just getting older,' and something about that answer doesn't sit right.

If any of those sound familiar, you're not imagining it, and you're certainly not the only one.

Metis was built for people navigating perimenopause and menopause who are tired of feeling dismissed, confused, or left to figure things out alone. You don't need a PhD degree to understand what's happening in your body. You just need information that's honest, evidence-based, and delivered without judgment.

This is for you if...

This may not be for you if...

You like understanding why your body is changing, not just what to do about it. You appreciate science but don't want to read a hundred journal articles. You're looking for practical tools instead of miracle supplements. You want space for both curiosity and frustration. You'd rather hear 'we don't know yet' than be sold false certainty. And there is a lot the field still does not know.

Metis isn't built around quick fixes, detoxes, hormone panic, or wellness trends. It won't promise to reverse aging or eliminate every symptom. It also isn't a substitute for medical care.

What it will do is help you ask better questions, understand the evidence, and make more informed decisions for yourself alongside your healthcare team.

Everyone deserves to see themselves here.

Although much of the public conversation around menopause centers on heterosexual cisgender women, hormonal transitions affect people with different identities, bodies, and life experiences. Metis is committed to creating spaces that are respectful, inclusive, and grounded in science, including dedicated community events where appropriate.

You don't have to become an expert just to understand what's happening to your own body. That's what Metis is here for.
